Business cases for the service provision in whole or in part will be considered. A requirement has arisen to provide primary medical services for the patients who are currently registered with Friockheim, Medical Practice, a list of approximately 3,533 patients as at 01/01/22. NHS Tayside wishes to select a new service provider(s) with the capacity and capability to meet the needs of these patients by delivering high quality, person centred clinical services in a primary care setting, all in accordance with NHS Tayside's requirements set out in Appendix 1 (\"Requirement\"). The services will build on existing best practice, and focus on a community and health and social care approach. The successful Applicant will be required to enter into a contract with NHS Tayside.
