The master plan is split into four phases:- Phase 1 - Studio and Foyer Extension (works currently on site and due for completion in Spring 2022) Phase 2 - Main Building refurbishment, rehearsal room relocation and workshop and office upgrades Phase 3 - Garden and Landscape Phase 4 - Redevelopment of Port Na Craig facilities and site The contract is anticipated to commence in September 2022 at RIBA Stage 1 and last for a period of approximately 25 months.
