Your quotation must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 13 April 2022. It is the responsibility of all suppliers to ensure that their quotation response is received no later than the appointed time. Dullatur Community Council may undertake not to consider quotations received after that time. Dullatur Community Council are not bound to accept the lowest priced or any quote and shall not be bound to accept the supplier as sole supplier. Prices quoted shall remain firm for the duration of the contract. Value Added Tax (VAT) should be shown separately, and the VAT registration number given. The quotation will be evaluated using the following criteria and weightings: Evaluation Criteria Weighting Quality 40% Price 40% Completion Date 20% By providing us with a quotation you agree to be bound by Dullatur Community Council Terms and Conditions which will apply to any contract awarded to you after you have provided us with our quotation. One of the criteria which is important to us is the timely start and completion of this project. In providing a quotation we anticipate that you will be in a position to complete all works no later than 31 August 2022. We ask you to include in your quotation some examples of your projects: - include three previous examples of similar completed projects with photos - we require three references including contact details. - list any accreditations and qualifications you have. Attached are some supporting documents which outline the current internal configuration (E100A.pdf) and the required new internal configuration (L100A.pdf) together with engineering requirements in relation to opening of the end wall (Dullatur Proposed Sketches) The successful contractor will take over all our health and safety obligations on site as main contractor, there is no Principal Designer acting on behalf of Dullatur Community Council. It is critical also to adhere to the attached structural solution in the absence of an engineer on site.
