A new footway link and a 5-metre-wide active travel corridor will also be provided in parallel to significantly improve accessibility to, and through, the site for pedestrians and cyclists, with the route sensitively lit along its entire length to ensure legibility and safety, whilst protecting amenity. Appropriate drainage, landscaping and environmental mitigation measures are also proposed as part of the proposals to integrate, and maximise, existing site features and help to improve the longer-term environmental performance and climate resilience. The scope is to be defined. It is anticipated that construction works will start Summer 2022, and it is estimated that the duration of the construction project will be 12 months, although this is subject to change.",
