The Contract Notice for this procurement was issued on 25 July 2022 (Reference number: CWC23010) The contract opportunity that is being advertised under this ITT relates to the award of a services concession contract. The value of the services concession falls below the threshold for application of the Concession Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016, and, therefore, the contract is not subject to the Concession Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (or any other legislation regulating public procurement in Scotland). The Purchaser intends to follow the tender process set out in this ITT in connection with this contract opportunity. However, the Purchaser reserves the right to follow such process as it considers appropriate in connection with the award of any contract pursuant to this opportunity. The Purchaser also reserves the right to amend the process set out in this ITT at any time.
