The primary requirements from the appointed Service Provider are as follows: Producing and mailing permits with supporting letters direct to residents - Supply of high quality self-adhesive garden waste permit labels for outdoor use (weather resistant and tamper proof), including, design support, print, packing, mailing and dispatch according to the details set out at section 3 of this Specification and the indicative timescales detailed at section 4. Offer the opportunity to include a QR code on permit artwork Supply of printed colour envelopes and enclosed covering letters with each supplied permit, according to the details set out at section 3 of this Specification. Dispatching permits directly to paying Council residents by 2nd Class mail within a maximum turnaround of dispatch of 5 working days from receipt of request(s) from the Council.
