The app is made up of a series of modules that allows anonymous users to undertake the following tasks: General Users (anonymous): PDF Staff Evaluation Portal, select their sector and organisation, choose a job role or build a bespoke basket of competencies, assess competencies, and View results including graphic analysis and export of individual reports. The National Procurement Competency Framework, the online app (the Procurement Development Framework) and its code are Crown Copyright. Tenderers are encouraged to access the app and familiarise themselves with the current tool regarding its look and operation.\"",
