Non-Contentious - e.g., service of tenancy notices, guardianship, and sheltered accommodation. Policy - e.g., draft form documentation and advice on procedures. Governance & Regulatory advice including updates/training sessions including but not limited to insurance advise in respect of notifiable events. c) - Property The areas within the scope (which is not an exhaustive list) are: Residential Property - e.g., purchase and sales of residential units, and factoring issues. Advice on contracts management agreements and tenancy advice. Governance & Regulatory advice Riverside Scotland intends to appoint a single supplier that has the ability to provide legal advice across all areas of expertise. In addition, Riverside Scotland also reserves the right to call off any additional adhoc and associated legal services with the appointed supplier.
