Work from the LSB includes: (a) Prisoner reparation work and general litigation (usually, although not limited to personal injury claims) which the Purchaser consider is appropriate to be dealt with externally; (b) Third party claims from visitors to prisons etc. for loss or damage to property or personal injury; and (c) Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAIs) with the exception of any particularly sensitive FAI which will, at the Purchaser's sole discretion, may be dealt with by SGLD. The contract term shall be a fixed term of 3 years commencing on 20th January 2023.",
