The successful service provider(s) will have a proven track record of providing suitably qualified solicitors to in-house legal teams and all of whom will be expected to be qualified in Scots Law and be a member of the Law Society of Scotland. Temporary staff must be available at short notice and should be pre-interviewed by the service provider to ensure their candidates meet the minimum criteria for any post that requires to be filled.",
