The Open Space landscape maintenance works will address the tenemental properties and associated open spaces owned and managed by the Association, as shown on the landscape drawings, included within the tender documents. The works in this contract comprise the upkeep and regular maintenance of open space areas of the various sites listed in the Bill of Quantities to keep them in a neat and tidy condition to promote and control growth and to carry out work of a similar nature to other sites in the district as may be added by written instruction during the contract period.",
