    "description": "East Dunbartonshire Council would value suppliers responding to the Early Engagement Supplier Questionnaire and may hold a supplier engagement session with providers, if you are interested in participating in an engagement session please complete the Early Engagement Supplier Questionnaire by 7th March 2023. If sessions take place they will be held via MS Teams. Session numbers may be limited to allow effective dialogue. Feedback from the supplier engagement questionnaire and engagement session may be used to inform the tender development process, however East Dunbartonshire Council will not be bound to accept any views stated. Participation is not mandatory and any party not participating will not be disadvantaged in the tender process. The contract notice is expected to be published mid-March 2023.
