The Landlord has confirmed this contractor as Mitie Engineering Projects Limited (Mitie) Registered as a Private Limited Company under company number 04571695 Registered Office: 1 Harlequin Office Park, Fieldfare, Emersons Green, Bristol, England, BS16 7FN. An extract of the clauses included in the lease is noted below for transparency. \"The Sub-Tenant must use the Mid-Landlords approved contractor to carry out any alterations that are consented to in the Period of the Sub-Leases..\" As a result of the aforementioned provisions, the University has no option under the lease but to award a contract for Refurbishment Works (Tenant's Works) to Mitie as it considers that the obligations and terms of lease afford Mitie exclusive rights. Therefore, this is notice of the University's intention to do so.",
