The successful firm will be required to avoid conflicts of interest to the satisfaction of the Tollcross Housing Association and during the term of the contract. If a successful firm does not deal with a conflict of interest to the satisfaction of Tollcross Housing Association, this will be deemed to be a fundamental breach of the contract and the Association shall be entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect."
