    "description": "It is mandatory that a purpose made, or customised vehicle shall be used to perform the services. The provider shall adhere to all environmental guidance and regulations. Prior to cleaning, empty any residual waste from the bin into a suitable bag which should then be sealed. Use the minimum quantity of water in cleaning. Minimise the amount of detergent or disinfectant used, chemicals used in this process must be approved in advance by Scottish Water. Ensure no wastewater passes into any drainage system. All contaminated material should be bagged and disposed of correctly. Leave the cleaning location clean and tidy and return the bins to their permanent location. Dispose of all contaminated water at an acceptable point with access to the foul sewer, which shall be approved by Scottish Water.
