This contract is to undertake surveys of trees within zone one, and identify hazardous trees. Potentially hazardous trees will be flagged to FLS's delivery team to be dealt with accordingly. This dangerous trees survey is crucial to ensuring Forestry and Land Scotland is compliant with Occupiers Liability (Scotland) Act 1960 and Health and Safety at work act 1974. The requirements have been put out via Quick Quote in 2021 and in 2023 and both times failed to receive any tender responses.",
