The information requested as part of this PIN is to seek: the market's views on potential solutions and lotting strategy; the capacity of the market to supply these services; and the level of interest in a future procurement exercise. The outcome of this process will help to inform the final Procurement Strategy. The requirement is for the provision of an Income Management System inclusive of On-line Payments, Card and Telephony payments.
