The Council's Procurement Service have identified a suitable and accessible Framework as follows: Scotland Excel Framework (SXL) for the Supply and Delivery of Janitorial Products (SE1222): Lot 1 - Paper Products Lot 2 - Janitorial Products Lot 3 - Chemicals Lot 4 - One-Stop-Shop The Framework arrangements are in place for the period 1 March 2023 to 28 March 2027 with no option to extend (OJEU Reference Number: 2020/S 035-083929). This framework will provide Councils and other participating bodies with a mechanism to procure a range of products including paper-towels, cleaning chemicals, hand-soap, refuse sacks, cleaning equipment such as mops and buckets and sanitary products. The Council conducted a Direct Award under the Scotland Excel Framework per the pre-defined selection procedure under the framework where the Council had suitable justification to award a contract to Alliance Disposables Ltd. This was under Lot 4 - One-stop Shop as they would represent best value to South Lanarkshire Council.",
