We also have an established pay and grading structure of 8 grades, labelled A to H. RBGE requires a consultancy to work in partnership with us to: review current job evaluation methodologies available in the external marketplace compare their suitability for RBGE's needs against our current JEGS methodology Produce a cost benefit analysis written report with recommendations to be approved by our Executive Team.
