All contractors admitted to the DPS who are awarded contracts to value of more than 200k GBP will be required to provide least twenty-six (No. 26) weeks of training/work experience or an agreed period of paid employment for a participant who is eligible for help with wages costs. Trainees are to be obtained from a source agreed by the Council. The contractor will be required to meet with Falkirk Council's Employment and Training Unit to discuss implementation.
