        "procurementMethodRationale": "We are using Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) collaborative contract to procure the required services of the preferred supplier. AMX - Asset Management eXpert Software - has twice demonstrated that the system is a good match for our requirements. FLS agreed to share all their configuration with us so that the development of bespoke screens and processing does not have to be worked through and set up by NatureScot. FLS have been developing the system for over 2 years now. FLS and NatureScot had previously shared our Property Asset Management System (PAMS) so we have our property information set up in the same datasets, and the configuration of AMX is familiar as FLS used their PAMS knowledge to inform how they want the new system to operate. The software is cloud based, so we would have our own system with the configuration exactly as per FLS's system ready to input our building and compliance information into.",
