The first project is for works at 5-6 Culbin Road, Forres and is indicative of the trade mix for possible future projects. Should there be a need for further works for other projects the contractors invited to quote for the first project will be invited to quote. The second project is at 7 Hillside Cottages, Dufftown which is a house that requires new partitions, new kitchen, new bathroom fitments, internal insulation, electrical work and full redecoration.
