Daily verification of backup and full assistance twice yearly with backup recovery and business continuity testing 17. Pro-active monitoring of the servers, firewall, network, patches etc. and providing reports on functionality to the Association's Senior Management Team. 18. Work with all other of the Association's service providers. 19. Provide support and security for staff remote access. 20.
