Wild Strathfillan is multi-faceted and is supporting local people to learn about and become actively engaged in caring for the area's rich natural and cultural heritage. We are seeking support from suitably qualified consultants to undertake surveys and focus groups within the local community at the start and end of the project, to ascertain how our work has impacted on their perceptions, support and concerns regarding the value, importance and future sustainability of the area's natural and cultural heritage. We want to commission work to evaluate the impact of our NHLF 'The People and Nature of Wild Strathfillan' with communities of place and interest across the project area. As a project we want to hear from all the voices in the local area. We would like to know their thoughts, level of support and their concerns about the area's natural and cultural heritage, and the ways in which the project has impacted upon this. We anticipate the following overall methodological approach and timeframe, and welcome any additional ideas from prospective consultants as to how to best reach and engage in meaningful ways with our communities. Our overall aim is to be able to track changes in attitudes, engagement and opinions by establishing a repeatable survey with an established baseline.",
