The existing SLA is due to expire on 30 June 2024, however, the PKC Procurement team have confirmed that they no longer support SLA's, therefore the SLA requires to be replaced by a new contract.Under the current SLA, SCARF provide 4 services:HEAT (Home Energy Advice Team) ServiceHEEPS-ABS Programme supportECO4 Programme managementExpansion of Energy Advice Service (led by PKC Climate Change team)The services offered by the supplier for this contract are to provide specialist in-depth assistance and advice. SCARF will help clients to manage their fuel spend efficiently while promoting, marketing, enabling, educating, and raising awareness of the benefits of home energy efficiency to enable people to live in warm, dry homes. The work carried out by SCARF will contribute towards meeting Local Housing Strategy (LHS) and Climate Change Action Plan outcomes.
