    "description": "This PIN (Prior Information Notice) sets out the intention of the proposed procurement and provides potential bidders with information on the products to be included in the procurement. Please note that the final product portfolio and lotting may vary to those listed in the PIN. Please note the following points - 1. The current NHS dispenser install base (in excess of 400,000 in total) is made up primarily of Kimberly Clark, potential bidders shall have compatible consumable products to fit this dispenser network. 2. It is mandatory that potential bidders must also be able to provide dispensing systems as products may be required for replacement and new build projects. 3. Potential bidders can provide details of their equivalent consumables and dispensing systems if these differ from the specified current install base of dispensers. An excel document has been included with this PIN, all potential bidders should complete this file and return a copy to nss.e-fcategory@nhs.scot by 12pm 26th August 2024.
