    "description": "Moray Council is looking for local baker(s) to supply bread items for the Catering service, which caters for secondary, primary and nurseries within the Moray area. There are 8 secondary schools and 28 primary production kitchens that require scheduled deliveries, details attached. This contract has been divided into 7 geographical lots, bidders may bid for 1, or more lots. There are plans to increase provision of universal free school meals to P6/7 and should this go ahead, there may be an increase in the quantities and be an additional 2 locations in the Buckie Area - these have been identified by ** in the table attached. Please note that all bread/bread rolls and French sticks should contain a minimum of 3g of fibre per 100g to comply with The Food and Drinks in Schools (Scotland) regulations 2020. Ideally we would like 2 deliveries a week with the exception of Tomintoul Primary as this could be once a week, however the delivery schedule could be negotiated The products we would be looking for are: - High pan sliced loaves - Bread rolls approx. 45-50g in weight - Finger Rolls approx. 45-50g in weight - French Sticks or mini French sticks/Baguettes - Breadcrumbs in bags if required Deliveries would need to be received at the appropriate locations between 8am-11am.
