Aberdeen City Council reserves the right to, at any point, request certification and/or other evidence that the relevant regulations are being adhered to and that the management of the work is adequate. This will include inspection of work related activity throughout the contracts. This will also include attending and contributing to post-event meetings to discuss the success and areas of improvement following the event itself to ensure areas of concerns are rectified prior to the next event. Additionally, the council reserve the right to have an independent consultant to review the plans, procedures and paperwork of the winning contractor. The tenderer will have in place rigorous risk assessment procedures complete with robust health and safety policies and reportable incident procedures for large public displays.
