Each Work Order issued by the Client will be 'called-off' under the NEC4 Engineering & Construction Short Contract June 2017 (with amendments January 2023). Additional directional cutting equipment and larger root cutting assets bigger than 300mm shall be instructed when needed. - Localised repairs (up to 1.0m in length) to defective service pipe using soft inversion Patch Lining Services for pipes up to 600mm diameter and surveying the works on completion and evidencing through CCTV survey. - Rehabilitation of existing defective service pipe runs using Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) process (e.g. ultraviolet pipe lining, resin cured drag-in pipe lining) for pipes up to 600mm diameter and surveying the works on completion and evidencing through CCTV survey. - Submission of survey drawings and manhole cards (in Adobe PDF format) and provision of electronic footage of CCTV surveys via USB or DVD to the Client. - Provision of a two man traffic control team and organisation and provision of appropriate additional temporary traffic management (when required).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.",
