                "description": "Argyll and Bute Council's Refugee Resettlement programme includes the delivery of English classes (ESOL) to adult learners. Our ESOL programme which was established as face to face and this moved to online delivery during Covid. Teaching returned to online in 2022-23 due to the rising demand from increasing numbers of Ukrainian refugees resettling across the local authority area. Our ESOL programme is now moving to a hybrid model with online and some face to face learning in some of our towns. As our ESOL programme has undergone such significant change and rapid growth in recent years, we now want to take the opportunity to review our model of delivery. We are looking for consultants to help us review our programme, better hear our learners and tutor's voices and help us to develop a model which works for Argyll and Bute and most importantly those resettling in Argyll and Bute fleeing war, famine and other natural disasters..
