Drawing from design work delivered to date, the contract will require submission (for the entirety of the approx. 4km long route) of a single planning application, a single Road Construction Consent application, and the associated technical approvals from both The Highland Council and Transport Scotland as overseeing organisations and asset managers of the associated road network (A938, A95, B9102). The contract will also require revising design work to date to the extent required to address feedback and/or conditions arising from the overseeing organisations.
