The supplier must be able to: - provide both purchase and hire options based on a 5 year period (with options to extend if hire) - provide all details for any associated enabling works with the option for the supplier to carry out all enabling works if requested - provide NHS Borders any requested information / details about the unit to support the board with any Planning and Building Warrant applications. - have the capacity to have a acceptable unit on site and operational around April/May/June 2025 - provide the options to supply, install and commission 3 isolators to the boards requirements, or to relocate any existing isolators in to the unit if requested. NHS Borders currently have a combination of Amercare and Envair Isolators - Ensure the unit meets the standards set out in Quality Assurance of Aseptic Preparation Services (QAAPS) - Ensure the unit complies with all relevant Health Care and Building Regulations inc Health Building Notes, Scottish Health Technical Memorandum etc.",
