Any bid for this work should include for any Quantity Surveyor (QS), Structural Engineer, Landscape Consultant, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), initial transport assessment etc that would be required to provide for this early-stage Master planning process to RIBA Stage 1: Preparation & Briefing.This is an opportunity for the successful tenderer to work alongside the SE team and their separately appointed Property Agent to develop a cohesive vision and delivery plan for the two sites. This work should consider what could be accommodated on each site (development and massing) and the uses which would be the best fit in terms of alignment with SE's Missions.It is likely that this early-stage work will help inform SE on the potential route to seeing the sites developed.
