The study should primarily focus on the external fabric of the buildings. Structural/intrusive surveys have already been carried out by RCH, and these will be provided to the successful bidder following the contract award to support the study. An anticipated cost breakdown of each of the proposed improvements to the properties is also required. To be considered for the contract, the surveyors carrying out the study must be active members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Once the Chapelton study is completed, RCH may elect to utilise the successful bidder to undertake similar works within other areas of Inverclyde. This will be discussed and agreed with the successful company if and when these additional requirements arise.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.",
