Installation and Training The university requires the supplier to provide comprehensive advice and assistance with installation of the equipment and training in how to use it optimally. Warranty & support On-site installation and training required to enable efficient use if the equipment. Technical support, including spare parts or discounted spare parts available for ideally at least 5 years is sought. Warranty package required (min 12 months from installation). Annual service & support contract (1st year after the warranty period included in this initial cost). Software updates provided free of charge over entire product lifetime Additional information: We would like to minimise reagent use so would prefer equipment that enables this. We will supply our own PC to run the instrument.
