The Lead Practitioner will complete registration forms, action plans, barrier removal, signpost, liaise with DWP and Justice Social Work. They will undertake all the employment preparation activities, C.V., relevance of convictions, job interview skills, disclosure letter and how best to disclose to prospective employers. Training will also be undertaken including CSCS, First Aid, manual Handling, PAT Testing and Food Hygiene. They will also start to build relationships with local employers around employing people with a sexual conviction.
