The successful contract from this invitation to tender (ITT) will: 2.1. commence on 01 September 2025 for an initial 2-year period, with the option to renew for a further 3 years 2.2. be provided by a single supplier 2.3. meet the Living Wage standard 2.4. share our commitment to achieving net zero by 2030 and supporting our environmental sustainability 3. Please note: The successful tender will be subject to whether the software can be hosted through our managed IT services. If any software needs to be installed on client-side servers or devices, please give details of this software. 4.
