For Ad-hoc requirements, the windows/doors must be manufactured and installed within 20 working days of instruction. For planned 'Full House' window / door supply and fit, the preferred bidder will provide a plan for the works to be agreed with the relevant lead officer on the project. After the initial instruction from RCH it will be the bidder's responsibility to contact the tenant to arrange access to the property.
