The framework was advertised through PCS and FTS, and HP Inc. UK Limited was selected as the single supplier following a fair evaluation based on quality (30%) and price (70%). As this is a single-supplier framework with fixed terms, Regulation 33 allows us to place orders directly without any further publication or competition. The products and services we require are fully covered by the framework scope.
