As South Lanarkshire Council has recently implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud and uses the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module of that system within some Service Areas, it is a requirement that any Sign In/Sign Out System operates or integrates directly with the OTL module. The link between the two systems would allow for the transfer of sign in/sign out details, working patterns, annual leave, sickness absence, public holidays, season shutdowns, new starts, departures, etc. Grounds Services and Waste Services are looking to go out to tender in April 2026, with an award date of June 2026, and an implementation start date of September 2026.
