Families requiring support will have access to a Relationship Coach, who will work with the family and signpost to other support services with the aim of preventing a homeless presentation. Route 1 - referral via family/individual responding to public awareness campaign Route 2 - referral via presentation to Housing Services at time of homeless assessment Relationship Coaching Support will also include the monitoring and measurement of the impact of this pilot project.
