A Contract Notice will be published on the Public Contracts Scotland portal. This will contain the PCS-T project number. Any Contractors interested in this opportunity should ensure they are registered with PCS-T in advance of the Tender Documents being published. Interested parties are invited to complete and return the questionnaire attached to this notice. It should be noted that participating in the questionnaire is voluntary. This process is subject to change.",
