As per the G Cloud 13 Buyer guide, the client provided details of their requirements. A search on GCloud 13 was conducted by the Procurement Service by adding key words as filters to drill down the suppliers able to meet the requirement in order to identify the most economically advantageous supplier. Details of the search is saved within the contract file within GCloud 13 which provides a full audit trail of the tender process.",
