The service will include planned and unplanned short break provision. We are looking to meet with potential providers to discuss their experiences of managing a similar type of service. The tender will go live on PCS in June 2026, and the contract will be awarded in December 2026, with a contract start date of 1 April 1 2027. Interested parties will be invited to meet with the commissioning officer to discuss further the requirements and to answer any questions that you may have. The date for these meetings is 20 March 2026. Please note your interest by e-mailing commissioning@moray.gov.uk by COB 13 March 2026.",
