Eye bolts and latch ways require inspection and maintenance on an annual basis, and abseil points require testing every six months: - Supply, delivery & installation of safety access systems where required: - Provide training - Safe Work at Height Training (for Site Operatives) and Rescue & Evacuation Training at height; and - Ad hoc / reactive services / works.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.",
