Framework RM6285 was established in full compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015. In accordance with Regulation 33 of the PCR 2015, contracting authorities may award call off contracts under a framework agreement without the need for a further contract notice or separate competitive procurement, provided that the award is made in accordance with the terms of the framework. HIAL followed all applicable procedures set out in the framework, including eligibility checks, scope alignment and call off rules.
