                    "description": "All divers must be in possession of current Divers' Fitness Register Medical Form which shall be made available to the Project Manager. The Contractor shall also submit details of all diving personnel to be employed on the works including details of their age, experience, professional diver training etc. together with details of the Supervisor whom it is intended to employ. The Contractor shall provide two copies of the Diver's Certificates of training, medical fitness and diving first aid issued under the Regulations to the Project Manager prior to commencing diving operations. The Contractor shall employ the services of a mechanical/hydraulic design consultant to carry out the design works to ISO 4413. The Contractor is to provide details of any consultants employed by the Contractor to undertake design or investigation work. The Contractor or Consultant must have proven experience of work on marine or tidal structures. The Contractor or Consultant working on behalf of the Contractor undertaking the design must operate a Quality Management System accredited under ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System Requirements. The ISO Quality Management Certificate of Registration registered scope is for the design of civil engineering and maritime structures or a related field."
