The Council is exploring the provision of specialist training relating to: 1. the Employment Rights Act 2025 (ERA 2025); and 2. Statutory Right to Work (RTW) compliance requirements. The training is intended to support a range of employee groups, including senior managers, line managers, HR and Organisational Development professionals, and employees involved in recruitment and onboarding activities. The information gathered will be used to inform the Council's procurement strategy, specification development and any future procurement activity..
