The service runs throughout the year with increased provision during the academic year. It is required twice a day with deadlines on pick-up, arrival, departure and drop-off. Due to the safeguarding and specific needs of the group there is a requirement for escorts on the majority of the provision; the logistics of this needs to be factored in.
