## Notice

The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive service for the supply and delivery, of continence products to patient's homes, residential homes and in-patients at a number of facilities, including community hospitals and Authority premises. The key objectives are: * To provide a range of products as detailed in the specification for adults and children * To provide a delivery service to meet patients' needs, wherever they reside * To provide an online ordering process / system for products, literature and samples * To provide a dedicated computerised system, providing detailed patient data and comprehensive management reports * To provide a dedicated customer care operators * To provide an data inputting service * To provide a facility outside normal office hours, which allows patients/healthcare professionals to contact the Contractor * To provide a system to track the time each call takes to be answered. * To provide a Freephone telephone number for clients and a separate number for healthcare professionals * To work to agreed Authority criteria regarding access to the service and specific product provision * Provide reminders of reassessments * To provide stationery as agreed with the Authority * Provision of free product samples to patient * Provision of free product sample kit for Authority staff Additional information: This is a one step process through the Due North (Proactis) pro-contract portal (www.procontract.due-north.com; all required documentation must be submitted by the closing time 12:00hrs on the published date.
